Love seeing my Barbie furniture getting played with. Thank you Mum for keeping it for my daughter to enjoy!!

Saturday cycling

It's been a long road, but Grace is starting to master cycling! Grace does struggle with anything physical and given her tendency to give up when things get hard, it's been really stressful inspiring her to keep trying, but we have made it! Makes for a really enjoyable walk around the park now! Quietly dreading when training wheels come off, eeek that will be challenging!

The imagination box

This box has been a car, a magicians cupboard in a magic show, an ice cream shop and many other things. Best two days of imaginative play. Oh and please ignore the mess behind the box...its been a rainy weekend so house goes to rack and ruin when serious play occurs in side.

Grace and I saw something we wanted....

While shopping at Bunnings we discovered the best lawn ornament. Chad wouldn't let us buy it. So we bought 200 fairy lights instead.

Simple things

She has been playing in this box car I made all afternoon. Loving watching her wonderful imagination and the stories she makes up.

October!

So we are half way through October and I don't know where the time went. Last weekend, we took Grace to her first concert: Paw Patrol Live! She loved it! It was so wonderful seeing her dancing and singing. After the concert, we went to Mcdonalds, where I dragged my large self through the playground as Grace was too scared to go herself. Such love! My birthday was last week: 42! Eeek. Coincidentally I went to a dermatologist and did ask about Botox. Will be about $300 a go and need it three times a year. Something to consider.....However what I should focus on, rather than my increasing wrinkles, is that I am loved and supported and lucky to be surrounded by people who adore me. So now onto the countdown to Christmas. Started buying some presents and planning a nice long break. Bring on November!
