I want one.

The following ad was forwarded to me.  They had me at "teddy bear's womb". At only $39.99, I am thinking of buying two.

Just need to decide on which animal.

I'm open to your suggestions.

Everyone’s rockin’ the onesies these days, so why not join in the one piece party with one of these dynamite deals from 1-day.

Ka Pai and kiwi as, these “o for o-some” onesies are loose enough that you can curl up in a ball and have them not feel tight, but not too loose that you look like a wrinkly old bloodhound. Their great construction and handy hood serve to lock in that precious body heat. Moreover, the killer animal style and fleecy feel means you’ll be comfy as, super snug yet looking cool as a cucumber.

This laudable lounge wear is tailor made for maximum chillaxing, be it in the house, at a mate’s place, at a party, at the rugby… wherever it is you normally get your R&R game on. Climb in, button/zip up and let your chilly worries and uncomfortable memories dissolve and melt into a distant haze. As a certain, chilled out man named Marley once almost said “Onesie, onesie, let’s get together and feel alright”.

Turn that frown upside down and get down with the gown, onesie style. All we are sayin’ is give one piece a chance.

  • Like being inside a teddy bear’s womb
  • Bring the zoo or Pikachu to you
  • Perfect for parties, great for gatherings and wicked for wandering around the house
  • Grab a few and make your own ark
  • Unisex – There’s no judging here!
  • The pinnacle of decadence and wintery sex appeal
  • Cotton and fleece construction for snug, breathable warmth

  •  UPDATE: I have ordered the cow. I will post pictures in 10-15 days when it is due to arrive. I am so excited!!!

    Everyone is growing up

Turning 50 is a weird milestone - I dont feel 50, and I dont really put a lot of weight behind milestone numbers. But I do like reflecting on life, and I feel I have grown, learnt from many of my mistakes, and lived a pretty great life. The biggest change is watching just how much Grace has grown this year. Today I washed some of her baby clothes that I found so I can store them and it took me right back to when my whole clothes line had tiny little outfits on it. This year, she everything has changed and I am in so much grief for the loss of some of the old routines, it hurts!!  She is still my little button and I see that side of her when she is unsure or overwhelmed. I need to manage my patience through these growing phases, as my sister said "give her space and grace". She is the kindest, funniest and sweetest girl and I love her so much that it honestly hurts. I hope she knows that. She seems to have all my worst moments front of mind that I wonder at times if she sees ...

Picture of an 11 year olds desk

Grace has her desk in the family room, mainly due to space in her room but also to help her not lock herself away. She just finished tidying it and I love how it represents where she is at. Lots of art, Lego still displayed proudly, pillow on chair covering her phone ( she is still adhering to the no phone in her room rule, yay!), pottery on display. A beautiful blend of child and teenager!
